Base Coat Top Coat, and was amazed at the art Kelly was able to fit onto a fingernail. After spending a crazy amount of time admiring her nail art, an idea struck me. Since March is National Reading Month, I asked her if she would be interested in creating some book-inspired nails. Luckily, she was so sweet and accepted the challenge!
